Tepwe Consultants was born from a deep calling: to create healing-centered, justice-rooted spaces where truth is not feared — but honored.
What began as a vision shaped by lived experience, Indigenous identity, and frontline advocacy has grown into a national consulting and training institute serving Tribal Nations, schools, nonprofits, grassroots movements, and institutions across the country.
Tepwe blends Indigenous knowledge with strategic insight to co-create change that honors identity, builds capacity, and transforms harm into opportunity.
We exist to help people, organizations, and systems move beyond harm, performance, and compliance — toward repair, belonging, and transformation. At Tepwe, we don’t just facilitate change — we hold space for it.
To provide restorative, relational, and culturally grounded consulting, coaching, and training that supports truth, healing, and systemic transformation across communities, institutions, and movements.
We center Indigenous knowledge, lived experience, and collective accountability in everything we do.
Our work is not transactional.
It is relational, community-rooted, and values-driven — designed to disrupt cycles of harm and build pathways for collective care, truth-telling, and transformation.
We believe systems should reflect the communities they serve, and that justice must center the voices, histories, and wisdom of those most impacted.
We envision a world where:
We see a future where Indigenous knowledge, cultural memory, and community wisdom guide our responses to conflict, harm, and change. A future where organizations, institutions, and governments practice truth-centered leadership, and where every young person can grow up in a world that values their humanity, not just their compliance.
At Tepwe, we are building that future — one circle, one partnership, one policy, and one act of relational accountability at a time
At Tepwe, our values are more than principles — they are practices, responsibilities, and ways of being.
They guide how we show up in community, in consultation, and in every relationship we hold.
We honor truth as a pathway to healing, accountability, and change.
We prioritize restoration, not punishment — centering care, not control.
We build trust through mutual responsibility, transparency, and deep listening.
We lead with Indigenous knowledge, honoring identity, community, and ancestral wisdom.
We design strategies rooted in equity, justice, and lived experience.
We co-create change that is meaningful, sustainable, and community-rooted.
