About the Founder
Ramon Marquez is a multidisciplinary strategist, facilitator, and community organizer with over 15 years of experience advancing equity, justice, and culturally grounded systems change. Coming from the Kickapoo, Kumiai, and Pa’Ipai Nations, his work bridges Indigenous knowledge, restorative practices, and relational leadership.
Ramon has led transformative initiatives across Tribal Nations, nonprofits, schools, and public agencies — serving in leadership, advisory, and appointed roles locally and globally.
His experience includes developing restorative justice and practices programs in schools, community led organization, and within the juvenile justice system. Ramon has also led the design and facilitation of youth and adult diversion programs, circle-based re-entry initiatives, trauma-informed community efforts, DEIJ strategy, planning and implementation in national clean energy and justice movements, and advancing healing-centered policy across communities and institutions.
Ramon has also played a key role in political strategy and public service where he has advised and served as a consultant to political candidates, campaigns, movements, and coalitions on restorative political campaign strategy, and grassroots organizing grounded in accountability and belonging.
As the founder of Tepwe Consultants, he brings deep expertise in restorative justice, DEIJ strategy, political advocacy, and healing-centered facilitation rooted in lived experience and a vision for collective liberation.
